Aylmer Repair Service was originally established by Joe Daley in 1976, in the heart of old Aylmer. It was in 1992 when Michel Lafontaine acquired Aylmer Repair as the second owner. In his 1000 sqft shop Michel grew the business over the years with his passion for helping people.After outgrowing his location, it was then that Michel and Duane his son decided to expand the business once again. In 2007 Michel and Duane moved the business to 204 ch Eadley in the old Pinks Nursery location and turned the business into a much larger Small engine and Equipment rental store. Over the years as the sales and service demands grew, the business was able to offer a larger variety of inventory in sales and service for small engines as well as providing the rental of tools and large equipment. In 2021 Michel and Duane finally acquired there own building in the Pontiac region where they are currently located.

As a  family run business now located now in Luskville, Quebec and thanks to the dedicated clientele and the support of the surrounding communities Aylmer Repair Service are considered one of  the largest small engine and rental shops in Pontiac and Gatineau.
